About Mutiny
Mutiny is a start-up growth agency—built and backed by folks with a whole lot of agency and in-house experience. We operate in a hybrid team + network model. Our clients work with Mutiny to get top-level strategy directly from experts. We help them organize their holistic growth plan and gain access to the right experts when they need it. Quickly and efficiently.
We’re in the early stages of this Mutiny, so we’re looking for team members who want to work and think outside the box of a typical “job.” Talented individuals who are self-starters, able to lead client executions, and want to learn and grow quickly.
What We’re Looking For

Experience across digital media platforms.
This role is responsible for leading strategy in collaboration with our experts and executing day-to-day management of client campaigns. We operate across multiple channels—experience buying media across social advertising, search, Google network, video and programmatic is preferred.Strong data skills and the ability to communicate insights.
From campaign optimizations to creative decisions—we use data to inform nearly every decision. NOT to re-affirm our biases, but to challenge them. We prioritize over-sharing data and insights with our clients. Our commitment to data-transparency allows us to ride shotgun with our clients—where other agency partners are simply executing from the backseat.We like utility players.
From our vantage point, the best marketers learn to do a bit of everything—while specializing in their super powers. We appreciate individuals who have diverse skillsets and the desire to understand the whole playing field to better impact client results.Someone with an opinion.

We don’t negotiate down salaries—much like we don’t negotiate down hourlies from our network experts. We pay what you ask—if hired. If we can’t afford you just yet, we’ll tell you that—and look for an opportunity to fill that gap with the right incentives.
